本番環境やCI/CDパイプラインの安定性を重視する場合、現在のLTSである22の使用を検討することを推奨します。Node.js 24を使用する場合、まだ安定していない可能性のある破壊的変更（V8エンジンのアップデート、require(esm)のデフォルト有効化など）が含まれており、依存パッケージとの互換性問題が発生するリスクがあります。

ご指摘の LTS 情報は古くなっています。Node.js 24 は 2025年10月に LTS 入り済みで、現在（2026-07）は現行 LTS です。逆に Node 20 は 2026-04 で EOL 済みのため、20 から離れるのはむしろ望ましい更新です。この workflow の node 用途は npm install -g htmlhint と末尾の軽微な node -e CSS ブレースチェックのみで、いずれも Node 24 で問題なく動作します。→ 安全と判断。

Reviewed Renovate #88 / #89: - dawidd6/action-send-mail v3.12.0 -> v18. Verified across all majors v3..v18: the only breaking change affecting our usage is v12's `from` format requirement (user@example.com or "Name <user@example.com>"). SMTP_FROM produces From: github-notify@smkwlab.net (bare email) -> compliant. - html-validation Node 20 -> 24. Node 24 is current LTS (since 2025-10) and Node 20 is EOL (2026-04); node is only used for htmlhint + a trivial CSS brace check, both fine on 24. (The AI reviewer's "24 not LTS" note is stale.) Consolidated to clear the up-to-date-branch ruleset. Supersedes #88 / #89. Note: action-send-mail runs only on real PR events (not CI), so v18 email delivery is confirmed on the next ML notification after the v1 deploy.
