- validate negative maxNeighbors in AddAgent and SetAgentDefaults
- return a copy from GetAgentOrcaLines instead of exposing internal state
- update README to describe the project as targeting .NET 10
- convert the Visual Studio solution from .sln to .slnx
- remove obsolete REUSE metadata files
