Added sections on supporting stats for ICMP hardware offload sessions. Following CLI support added using flexcounter: $ sudo counterpoll icmp enable/disable $ sudo counterpoll icmp interval 5000 $ show icmp stats $ sonic-clear icmp counters Support both traditional SAI stats API based and selective counters models. Selective counter is preferred over traditional SAI stats API.
