stale output exits with status 1; current output exits with status 0. Pass the
same `--config` argument to write and check commands when using explicit input.

Repositories declaring Tauri dependencies receive a `tauri` group before the
shared semver groups: `@tauri-apps/*` for Bun/npm, and `tauri` plus `tauri-*`
for Cargo. The cohort includes major, minor, and patch updates; fallback
groups exclude those patterns. Generator and guard derive this from dependency
manifest ownership, including Cargo workspace and target dependencies.

An optional `--config stll-dependabot.json` input declares only coverage:

Preserve diagnostics when a manifest cannot be parsed.

If a package.json or Cargo.toml contains tauri but has invalid syntax, JSON.parse or parseToml throws here. checkDependabot then stops before the guard can return its collected diagnostics. Root discovery already tolerates malformed manifests so that other rules can report them. Handle parse errors in this detection path and treat the manifest as having no detected Tauri dependency. Review comment at @packages/oxlint-config/src/toolchain-dependabot.ts around
lines 140 - 141:
Handle JSON.parse and parseToml failures in the Tauri dependency detection path
used by checkDependabot, treating an unparseable manifest as having no detected
Tauri dependency so collected diagnostics can still be returned.
