💥 What: The integration surface tested is shard_manager_jitexecutor_delegation operating in boundary mode, targeting the boundary where system shards delegate tasks to user/agent persona shards.
🎯 Why:

  1. Ghost Facts & State Leaks: If a delegated task panics, ephemeral facts like /task_intent_N must be retracted. Otherwise, "ghost facts" pollute the kernel and corrupt routing in subsequent interactive turns.
  2. Concurrent Intent Races: Concurrent delegations to JITExecutor must clone state/context. If they race for the shared kernel's /current_intent, wild unpermitted execution behavior ensues.
  3. Context Cancellation and Deadlock: If a task stalls (e.g. streaming LLM), cancellation must propagate cleanly, closing goroutines and preventing API scheduler resource exhaustion.
📊 Scope: 25 distinct adversarial scenarios crossing 4 core subsystems (ShardManager, JITExecutor, Kernel, API Scheduler).
🔬 Next: Remediation is required to ensure context keys are safely cloned during JITExecutor initialization, defer blocks robustly retract scoped kernel assertions on panic, and the JITExecutor rejects hollow spawn fallback attempts explicitly.
