The reviewed site reserved space for idle audio, reduced flow slides further, and left closing discussions in the middle of the decks. This change enlarges and stabilizes Present mode, loads audio on Play, and gives each audience a guided route and matching PDF that ends at the decision discussion. All 116 slides and their stable narration IDs remain available.

The existing discovery and architecture pages now clarify pilot scope, owners, commercial basis, timing scopes and reused versus incremental platform components. Navigation uses consistent banking deck names and linked outlines; the homepage leads to full-size stories. The publication adds restrained author/media attribution, recording provenance, corrected duration totals and evidence summaries, and excludes superseded PDFs from Pages.

Ordinary reviews and tooling changes validate without republishing an existing tag. An explicit new edition gates deployment and release, with five shared local/CI browser groups required before deployment. The resolution record documents accepted changes and deliberately deferred suggestions from #56.

Validation: 28 Python tests; model and contract checks; all 116 recordings and measured captions; 167 reviewed narration destinations; 166 full/guided PDF pages and rendered review; browser layout, routes, search, model, flow and 3D checks in Chromium/WebKit. Real audio checks cover captions, pause/seek/speed/replay, route order, final stop, manual takeover and cross-page audio focus. CI and hosted verification must complete before issue closure.

Related to #57 and review #56. Keep #57 open until deployment and hosted assets/playback are verified. The unrelated local questionnaire replacement is excluded from this PR.
