Enable the scheduled caller for the audited pm-github pipeline, pinned to the prescribed 2026.10.14 fallback. CI already has workflow_dispatch. Refresh the exact pm-ops development pin to 2026.10.14 and describe the gated caller in the README. Align the previously stale Bun lock with the existing exact manifest pins; a fresh frozen Bun install passes with 168 packages, CLI 2026.10.13 and pm-ops 2026.10.14, and no braces chain. The declared CLI pin is unchanged.
PR #76 closeout was previewed before application: close pm-rl-shgm; skip epic pm-rl-apvf and open follow-up pm-rl-mjo5. Applying the same plan closed one delivered Feature. CHANGELOG.md was regenerated afterwards.
Dependency evidence: npm ls braces fast-glob micromatch was empty before and remains empty after the refresh in both the full and production-only trees.
Validation: isolated npm run release:check on Node 24.19.0 and the complete Bun retry on CI Node 26.7.0 each passed 567/567, zero failures/skips/cancellations, all 27 authored sources at 100% statements/lines/branches/functions. Lint, zero duplication, 261 documented declarations, publish attestation, full-object identity audit, production audit, package dry-run and changelog check passed. The packed LM CLI measured 15.7 seconds against its unchanged 20-second assertion in the Bun retry. PM-linked typecheck and isolated strict tracker health passed. The frozen Bun lock install passed separately. No runtime implementation changed, so a behavioural revert proof is not applicable to the caller/dependency rollout.
The fallback reusable workflow predates caller-changelog regeneration and CI dispatch from pm-github#122; these remain pending the 2026.10.15 repin. No sync workflow was triggered and no repository settings were changed. Isolated pinned-CLI health passes; the normal global environment has an extension-host version mismatch. Existing historical provenance and stale-work advisories are recorded separately.
Tracker: pm-rl-1bpz, pm-rl-shgm, pm-rl-9uz4. Related adoption task: pm-github-aiok. The rollout Chore remains in progress for orchestrator verification. Follow-up pm-rl-holderprobe records an existing live-holder test failure in the interrupted first Node 24 Bun attempt; the unchanged focused Node 26 retry passed 1/1. The cause is unresolved and no runtime or test assertion change is included for that issue.
