Reviewer's GuideThis PR enables the gated scheduled pm-github sync caller, removes the fast-glob/braces development dependency chain through a pm-ops upgrade, refreshes artifact-safe prepare-launcher behavior with regression coverage, and fixes a Node 22 array-buffer reclamation measurement flake. It also regenerates dependency, self-host, and tracker artifacts; the described release-gate validation reports clean audits, complete coverage, and self-host equality. …under Changed The item title names the braces-chain removal, which pm-changelog's title fallback filed under Removed although the entry enables a workflow (CodeRabbit on pm-review#11). The changed tag is the author-controlled strong signal.
The reusable workflow at 2026.10.15 (tag commit 3015930) regenerates the caller's changelog, dispatches the caller's required CI on the sync branch (bot PRs park at action_required), and restricts the sync commit to an explicit scope (pm-github#122). The caller grants actions: write for that dispatch. ci.yml workflow_dispatch present: yes.

The caller workflow is part of the self-host source tree, so the repin to pm-github 2026.10.15 (f9402e8) left the committed bundle's tip tree behind the source and failed the accept:self-host gate.

Enable the scheduled caller for the audited pm-github pipeline and remove the vulnerable development dependency chain. CI already supports workflow_dispatch. Pin published pm-ops 2026.10.14, remove the unused fast-glob peer, refresh the copied prepare launcher from the published pm-ops template, update the dependency documentation, and regenerate the committed self-host snapshot.
Before: fast-glob 3.3.3 -> micromatch 4.0.8 -> braces 3.0.3, also required by the old pm-ops peer. After: npm ls braces fast-glob micromatch is empty in both the full and production-only trees. Full npm audit reports zero vulnerabilities, down from four high-severity development findings. The existing duplication and raw coverage inventories already use node:fs globSync; their source scope and thresholds are unchanged.
Also fix the Node 22 retention-measurement flake from run 38678658274, attempt 1. The test already invoked explicit GC, but V8 could sweep array-buffer backing stores in the background. Disable concurrent array-buffer sweeping only in the measurement child so its completed-inventory sample waits for reclamation. Keep the 32 MiB fixture, 8 MiB assertion, measurement boundary and 30-second timeout unchanged. Production erasure code is unchanged.
Behavioural proof on Node 22.23.1: original 10/12 passes with two failures above 32 MiB; fixed 12/12 passes at 1,073,169 bytes. Removing only the new flag from the fixed test reproduces a failure at 33,980,940 bytes. A real held-corpus negative control still fails at 34,677,169 bytes. The fixed PM-linked Node 24 focused test passes 1/1. The V8 implementation is visible in Node 22 source.
The dependency gate also exposed a stale copied prepare launcher. The refreshed template skips artifact-time package resolution and driver installation. Two added real-checkout regressions exercise npm pack and npm publish with both installed and stale pm-ops; the launcher suite passes 10/10 at 100% statements/branches/functions/lines. Restoring only the predecessor launcher makes both added cases fail (0/2), and the published launcher restores all 10 passes.
Validation at committed source 90ba1c0: isolated Node 26.7.0 npm run release:check and bun run release:check each passed 1,536/1,536 tests, zero failures/skips/cancellations. All 65 authored sources meet unchanged per-file 100% statements/lines/branches/functions: 22,488/22,488 statements and lines, 759/759 functions, 6,532/6,532 branches. The 355-declaration docstring gate and zero-duplication gate pass. Native TOON, installed-CLI stat-cache strace, committed self-host equality, built/packed Node and Bun consumers, production/identity audits, package dry-run, changelog, and release date/provenance checks pass. The corrected first dependency candidate and both behavioral revert proofs are recorded in the tracker.
Final tracker receipts and claim releases are committed with a regenerated self-host bundle; final HEAD fa28bdc passes self-host byte equality, full-object identity audit, strict merge-driver health and changelog check. Authored implementation is unchanged from the complete release-gate source.
The prescribed 2026.10.14 caller pin predates caller-changelog regeneration and CI dispatch from pm-github#122; the later 2026.10.15 repin remains necessary. No sync workflow was triggered and no repository settings were changed.
Tracker: pm-vcs-3dxi, pm-vcs-qfku, pm-vcs-1bcq. Related adoption task: pm-github-aiok. Items remain in progress for orchestrator verification.
