feat(eve): select and copy text in the trace viewer

Stacked on #1445 — base is trace-provider-tools, review that first.

The viewer's mouse reporting (click-to-expand, wheel scroll) has a cost: while tracking is on, the terminal delivers clicks to the app instead of doing native text selection, so nothing in /traces could be selected or copied. Terminals do bypass tracking while Shift (or Option on macOS) is held, but nobody discovers that on their own. So the viewer does selection itself.

What changed

The alt screen upgrades from ?1000 to ?1002 (button-event tracking), which reports motion while a button is held. A left press anchors a selection; motion extends a reverse-video highlight across the cards (re-asserted after embedded style resets so a card's internal styling cannot end it early); release copies the covered text and clears the highlight. Esc cancels an in-flight selection before it does anything else.

Click semantics move from press to release: a press that never moved is a click (expand/collapse as before — the smoke test now sends press+release like a real terminal), a press that dragged is a copy, so drags never toggle cards. Extraction reads the same rendered lines the user saw: partial first/last lines honor the drag columns, middle lines contribute in full, trailing card padding is trimmed.

The clipboard write mirrors opencode's approach: an OSC 52 sequence — emitted through the alt screen's captured raw write so foreign-output capture never sees it, with tmux/screen passthrough, working over SSH — plus the platform clipboard command (pbcopy/wl-copy/xclip/clip) piped in the background as a fallback for terminals that reject OSC 52. Both paths fail silently; copying is a convenience, never a hard dependency. A Copied to clipboard toast confirms in the header (restyled into a floating surface in #1447).

Verification

Reducer tests for anchor/extend/release-copies and click-on-release; extraction tests for column-accurate single- and multi-line drags; clipboard tests for the OSC 52 encoding, tmux/screen wrapping, and per-platform command choice; a session-level test drives press → motion → release and asserts the copied text and toast. The TUI smoke suite gains a drag-copy stage against the real pty. Sweep green; full suite at the stack top.
