[GSSoC'26] fix: remove dead admin sidebar links

Summary

• Removes admin sidebar links that point to unregistered /admin/* subroutes.
• Keeps the admin dashboard link, which is the currently registered admin route.
• Adds regression coverage to prevent dead admin sidebar route links from returning.

Files Changed

• frontend/nyaysetu-frontend/src/layouts/Sidebar.jsx: removed dead admin submenu links.
• frontend/nyaysetu-frontend/src/layouts/Sidebar.adminRoutes.test.js: added sidebar route coverage.

Testing Performed

• npm ci
• npm test -- src/layouts/Sidebar.adminRoutes.test.js --run
• npm run build

Known Limitations

• Build emits existing warnings in unrelated files, including a duplicate key warning in Footer.jsx and large chunk warnings.
