What

北区に収録済みの決算が表示されない問題と、自治体ページの提案タグからチャットを開始できない問題を修正します。流れ図は全款・全項を初期表示し、目・節も全体で深さを切り替えられるようにします。

Background

#310 で追加した自治体詳細を、自治体ごとの科目軸や収録階層の違いに対応させます。このPRでは表示とチャット起動の不具合を修正します。

QA

• 型検査、webテスト35件、availabilityテスト4件、フォント検査、webビルド成功。
• 北区の実APIで11款・41項・117目・933節を取得。
• 独立レビューで北区・中野区・立川市・利島村・神戸市の階層を検証。P1以上なし。
• ブラウザでの描画と認証完了は未確認。八王子の未記載項金額が0円になる既存処理は後続修正します。

• 科目軸の物理名ではなく共通の科目判定で検索し、全ページを取得。
• 全款を表示する深さ切替とスクロール可能な流れ図。
• 自治体詳細をゴシック体に統一し、正式なロゴに復元。
• 自治体ページでもTurnstileを読み込み、提案タグからのチャット起動を修正。
