Summary

• bind each generated input, FastLanes artifact, and decoded output to SHA-256 values in results.json
• make fallback result/report creation independent of Nix availability
• bound per-case timeout input to 120 seconds and the job to 30 minutes
• preserve validation and measurement errors with status and log files

This follows the merge of #168 and addresses all review findings from that workflow.
