upload-artifact v7, download-artifact v8, docker setup-buildx v4, login v4, build-push v7. Clears the seven "Node.js 20 is deprecated" annotations on the v0.1.0 release run. checkout and setup-go were already on v7. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Bumps the five actions the release run flagged as Node 20 to their Node 24 majors: upload-artifact v7, download-artifact v8, docker/setup-buildx-action v4, docker/login-action v4, docker/build-push-action v7. No behaviour change intended; upload v7 and download v8 share the same artifact backend as v4. The release workflow only runs on a tag, so this is exercised by the next release rather than by this PR's CI.
