Implements campaign 2026-09-26 items 1–10: saved-provider visibility for three selectors and agent allowlist; selected-disabled sentinels and warnings; Codex-only plain choices; disable confirmation; OpenRouter availability/race guards; draft-preserving refresh; real Vue browser tests and unchanged polling request budget. UI-only, no server contract or config rewrite. Includes committed ui/dist. No deploy or release.
