CUA Driver 0.20 and newer addresses elements as `<snapshot>:<index>` handles (for example `s00000001:3`). Element actions still validated tokens against the pre-0.20 `e<hex>` form and failed with "elementToken is not a valid opaque CUA element token" before reaching the driver. Accept both token forms and forward the token verbatim.

Extend the preserved PR #675 commits with read-only quiet probes, exact unsolicited settlement, passive reconnect and shutdown, native ask replay, and missing-final history reconciliation. Cover owner and observer paths through real Gateway transport and rendered fixture tests. Update current-upstream conformance for extracted helpers and additive requests. Adapt cancellation-only diagnostics from PR #668. Supersede PR #662's eventual interrupt lease; quiet tools use server-owned liveness instead. Hermes in-place compaction archives older turns under the same session. Without include_compacted=true, reopen only showed the summary and short active tail. Always pass the flag on Dashboard and Hermes API message pagination so scrollback matches stored display history.

Compatibility / risk
Physical listening verification remains incomplete for recent voice changes. Screenshot reports #745 and #743 remain separate. Standard-path chat/history/voice remain upstream-only. No unrelated open feature branch is included. Google Play submission and storefront availability remain distinct outcomes.
