Summary

Keep Android 1.19.0 on its already-tested dependency set. #748 merged markdown-renderer 0.46.0 after the release tree was frozen and signed preflight had started; this one-line change restores 0.45.0 for the release.

Changes

• Restore only the markdown-renderer version used by release preparation release: prepare Android 1.19.0 and Plugin 1.13.1 #768.
• Preserve chore(deps): bump markdown-renderer from 0.45.0 to 0.46.0 #748's commits. Restore 0.46.0 on dev after publication so the dependency update is retained for subsequent work.

Verification

• git write-tree returns bcc5c92def7db7d0ec9cc46167935f1133c02bff, exactly matching prepared dev b410377 and Play preflight run 39497723244.
• That tree passed release: prepare Android 1.19.0 and Plugin 1.13.1 #768 Android lint/tests/debug builds, Plugin and Dashboard checks, and local release-note presentation tests.
• git diff --check passed. This PR still waits for its protected current-head checks.

Compatibility / risk

This is a temporary release freeze, not a rejection of the dependency update. No versionCode or artifact source-tree change is introduced, so the signed preflight bytes remain valid. Release notes and user-visible behavior are unchanged.
