This PR looks like part of a multi-repo/multi-PR I/O-bridge dependency stack (backend + frontend) together with: Eyevinn/intercom-manager#265, Eyevinn/intercom-manager#166, #543, #656. It is also a draft. Holding off on automated review/merge — this needs a human (or the relevant implementation agent) to assess the whole stack together (including any competing implementations), not a per-PR pass. |

This adds management page for I/O bridges, i.e. WHIP and WHEP gateways.
This uses bridge API of intercom-manager. This gets added in Eyevinn/intercom-manager#166
