Combined Redstone Input

With the Combined Redstone Input block you can get redstone signals into the signalbox.

Combined Redstone Inputs are used to automatically block or reset driving paths when the train passed over it. They form the connection between the signal technology and the tracks. To get a redstone signal from the track, you need to get a sensor that outputs a redstone signal from the particular train mod you are using. Then you put the Combined Redstone Input Block next to this sensor.

The most important difference to the Redstone Input Block is that as soon as the train activates the Combined Redstone Input Block, the following route is blocked and only when the train has completely passed over it, the previous route is resolved with the given delay.

You have to link the combined redstone input block with the signalbox.
