在全新临时目录执行 Gate C，不复用 node_modules/build cache 作为唯一证据。
不在 Gate PR 修代码；任何失败另开 Bug。输出 PASS/NO-GO 和每个 blocker。

Started Gate C against exact production candidate 6f8dfabb9f55d864d4a3ae3b15dd1986a0a6435a after #56 merged-main CI and public production E2E passed.

NO-GO on candidate 6f8dfabb...: fresh-clone root pnpm test:live exits because the required script is missing. Release blocker tracked in #107; Gate C will restart on the remediated exact candidate.

#107 is remediated and merged-main CI passed. Gate C restarted on exact candidate b28116979084719f6f4fa0fd829f3671b4ab28f2.

Final clean-clone Gate C on b28116979084719f6f4fa0fd829f3671b4ab28f2 is PASS across Moss offline/live, 51/1261 root tests, fixtures/integration, false/true E2E, local/public smoke, audit, and open-defect checks. Report PR #109 is in exact-head CI.

M5-08: record Gate C release acceptance (#109)

Gate C PASS（SINGLE_OPERATOR_QA）。PR #109 已合并至 main@1842769004c044efa9e4414aa1c2df1ca0123629；exact-head CI：https://github.com/OriginShift/AnteSig/actions/runs/31295544588；merged-main CI：https://github.com/OriginShift/AnteSig/actions/runs/31295669670。完整证据见 docs/gate-c-report.md。

Post-frontend revalidation addendum: maintainer-authorized PR #111 moved the RC presentation candidate to main@4ec4e2d8c5e8fbbc08572f544461cbd5e1c24d7d without changing the Gate C trust boundaries.

Exact merged-main quality gate 31300536251: SUCCESS.
Local pnpm check: PASS (52 files / 1264 tests; coverage and production smokes PASS).
Public production smoke on https://antesig.vercel.app: 9/9 PASS.
PR feat(web): redesign preflight evidence ledger #111 preserved Live fail-closed behavior, provenance, Capability/raw evidence, Clear402 enabled/disabled behavior, and mandatory STOP conditions.

Gate C remains PASS for the updated RC candidate.
