Remove release-notes/12/api/index.md - don't include placeholder files. Even if not in toc.yml the page is rendered and indexed. And it links to a non-existing page.f

release-notes/12/index.md lines 20 and 22 are not true yet. Remove to avoid confusion.

Change "e-mail" to "email" in text (we use the hyphen only when it appears in the UI)

Re-insert the links to integrations removed from release-notes/integrations/index.md

release-notes/toc.yml - The current entry should have only versions 11 and 12. Don't add the version 10 label. Place all 10.x listings in the Older section. This aligns with our strategy to deemphasize onsite.
