Compatibility Details

While most of the compatibility updates are just dialogue changes (i.e. Lewis -> you) there are some more specific compatibility handling code on certain mods.

Stardew Valley Expanded (SVE)

• Handling Morris as mayor - Specific handling is put in to deal with Morris being Mayor though the Joja route in SVE. This is mostly a straight swap in the events and dialogue of Morris for Lewis. The road council meeting is removed if Morris has already done up the roads. Once you are mayor the mod will block the Morris becoming mayor storyline if you haven't already done it.
• More Villages - With SVE there are more villagers so as a result there are more voters in the election. This actually makes it a bit harder to become elected.
• Map updates - The town is a little different in SVE and the road updates are changed to reflect that.
• Expanding Grandpa's Farm - the farm expansion storyline is now handled by you if you're the mayor. After the event for the the red book of deeds in the Town Hall can be used to purchase the land next to the farm.

Money Sinks - Dark Offerings

• Town Hall Basement - Since this involves a lot of editing of the basement for the Manor house this has just been moved to a subbasement. To get to the vanilla basement you can just use a stairs in the basement of the Town Hall.

Law & Order SV (partial)

• Lewis in Jail - Lewis' schedule should be handled correctly with him being in jail and the mayor mod being used. This still probably need a bit of work to be more seamless but it should be good enough to not interfere too noticeably.
• The new characters added by this mod are nor able to vote or even really acknowledge the election going on.
