readManifest() requires commands to be an array; several manifest
variants failed this and were silently rejected by the registry:
- 15 plugins used the legacy dict schema (commands keyed by name with
{arg}/{{arg}} templates): fkill, fkill-cli, gitmoji, jar-skills, k9s,
kreuzberg, quarto, readme-gen, resume, resume-cli, social-analyzer,
superfile, svg-term, walk, yazi
- 15 plugins used array entries missing namespace/resource/action/
adapter (legacy name/usage/command schema): awl, aws-doctor,
cmdcenter, crevisto, disk-analyzer, ghgrab, gitlab-activity, googlews,
html-minifier-next, massgen, prom2json, sqleton, stride, surf, unlog
- 3 plugins had no commands field at all: fd-find, just-cli, matchmaker
- massgen used "plugin" instead of the required "name" field
- omni-article-markdown had no adapterConfig.command and literal
"undefined" binary refs; wired to the real console script (mdcli,
verified via PyPI entry_points) and aligned commands to its real
parse/read interface
- ghgrab/html-minifier-next had args:true (bool) instead of arg lists
- jar-skills commands converted to shell-adapter install/uninstall with
cwd plugin_dir, plus learn.file for its root-level SKILL.md
- just-cli declared has_learn:true with no SKILL.md; quickstart added
Converted templates to the standard schema: trailing placeholders via
adapterConfig.positionalArgs, embedded placeholders via the shell
adapter (unsafe:true per doctor policy), added checks/install_guidance/
learn where missing, plus self version and _ _ passthrough per repo
convention. All 36 plugins now pass `plugins install` smoke test;
jest green 142 suites / 1414 tests.

Quote the {{domain}} placeholder in every awl script.
The shell adapter passes the interpolated script to bash -lc. An unquoted {{domain}} value can undergo word splitting and shell operator parsing. Double quotes prevent those effects for values such as example.com;id, but they do not safely escape command substitutions such as $(id) because interpolateScript escapes only double quotes.
Use shell-safe argument quoting in interpolateScript, or validate domain against the accepted domain syntax before interpolation. Quoting the placeholders alone is not sufficient to prevent shell injection.

Remove or lower the invalid process timeouts.
The process adapter rejects timeout_ms values above 180000 when these commands run. All ten listed 300000 values can therefore fail before the process starts. Manifest loading does not perform this validation.
Set one-shot commands to 180000 or less. For quarto preview, resume serve, and massgen serve, remove timeout_ms and use noTimeout: true when they are intended to remain running.

Use the process adapter for kill-port.
interpolateScript escapes only ". A port value containing $(...) or backticks remains active inside the generated double-quoted Bash script, so unsafe: true allows command substitution. Replace the shell adapter with the process adapter. Ensure the process invocation passes the required : prefix to fkill, or remove this command if the process adapter cannot construct that argument.

Handle the required positional argument before passthrough validation.
__rawArgs does include the positional arguments, so the adapter does not drop username. However, cli/supercli.js skips positional mapping when passthrough is enabled and checks required arguments before assigning uFlags.__rawArgs. A positional invocation therefore fails with a missing username error before the process starts.
Remove passthrough so the router maps username and the adapter forwards it.

Remove the leading dashes from the optional argument names.
The parser stores --save, --no-verify-ssl, and --prettify as the keys save, no-verify-ssl, and prettify. The command inspection and skill documentation then prepend -- to each declared name, producing invalid forms such as ----save.
The process adapter still forwards the user-supplied bare keys correctly, so this is primarily an introspection and generated-documentation defect.

Remove the -- prefix from manifest argument names.
parseArgs stores --in as the key in, but required-argument validation looks for the manifest key --in. Normal invocations therefore fail validation. If the prefixed key is supplied with ----in, toCliFlags emits ----in, which is malformed.
Use bare argument names for all four arguments.
