meta.json has_learn:true (or a dangling learn.file) told discover/explore to recommend `plugins learn <name>`, but the SKILL.md it resolves (skills/quickstart/SKILL.md by default) did not exist — the call always failed with resource_not_found. - Add skills/quickstart/SKILL.md for 29 plugins, generated from each plugin's own manifest (install steps, commands, args, passthrough) - jar-skills: its commands object was not an array, so the manifest was invalid and the plugin was invisible to the registry entirely. Convert install/uninstall to proper shell-adapter commands and point learn.file at the existing root SKILL.md (cherry picked from commit 474a771) (cherry picked from commit 95d362e)

trustworthy URL can be derived, matching the established source-less

with no frontmatter despite has_learn:true — now carry frontmatter,
install steps, and command/passthrough usage matching the generated
quickstart template.

plugins/llm_cli declared name "llm-cli", colliding with plugins/llm-cli in the registry (which keys on manifest name). The stub was also broken: it checks for a "llm-cli" binary that "pip install llm" never provides (the package ships "llm"), and its source field self-referenced the supercli repo. The canonical plugins/llm-cli (simonw/llm) remains. (cherry picked from commit efa6e7e)
These bundled plugins contain skills/quickstart/SKILL.md but their meta.json had has_learn:false (or unset) with no learn block in plugin.json, so the registry reported has_learn:false and 'plugins learn <name>' could not fall back to the skill document. Flipping meta.json has_learn to true makes the skill discoverable in 'plugins explore' output and lets plugins-learn resolve SKILL.md via the meta.has_learn fallback path in cli/plugins-learn.js. Generate '## Commands' documentation from each plugin.json command manifest for bundled SKILL.md stubs that lacked it, matching the established quickstart format: router invocation line plus each namespaced command with its upstream description. Also unescapes 36 degenerate single-line SKILL.md blobs (literal \n instead of real newlines) in this batch — a precondition for a sane section insert. Skipped plugins whose dirs are claimed by open PRs (#363, #378, #381, #388, #389, #391, #393). Verified: jest 142 suites / 1,414 tests green.
