Ti Application XML

The following is the working documentation for the Ti application xml file:

The following are elements that are children of ti:app:

name

The name of the application which is displayed in various parts of the application.

appc:endpoint

The service endpoint for appcelerator applications (optional)

window

window has the following attributes:

• width – initial windows width
• height – initial window height
• min-width – minimum window width (defaults to 0)
• min-height – minimum window height (defaults to 0)
• max-width – maximum window width (defaults to 9000)
• max-height – maximum window height (defaults to 9000)

title

Main title of the application window.

start

The main HTML page to open when the application starts.

maximizable

specify true (default) to indicate that the application window can be maximized

minimizable

specify true (default) to indicate that the application window can be minimized

closeable

specify true (default) to indicate that the application window can be closed

resizable

specify true (default) to indicate that the application window can be resized

chrome

specify true to indicate that the application will manage its own window chrome and that the system chrome should not be drawn.

chrome has an optional scrollbars attribute which indicates where the default scrollbar should be drawn in the main application view.

fullscreen

specify true to indicate that the application will run in full screen mode. when full screen is specified, the user must automatically use it’s own chrome.

transparency

specify the transparency value of the main window as a float from 0.0-1.0. 1.0 is the default and means no transparency.
