docs: translate the config, extension and worktreePath perspectives (1/7 of #126) - #128

- worktreePath: cover the untested sanitize and resolve rules (quotes, angle brackets and pipes, whitespace and control characters, dot runs, a tilde-only template, posix rules with a Windows-like home) and tag every case with its TC ID - config: pin the worktreePathTemplate getter for the default and an explicit (including empty) template, and tag its schema-default row - extension: tag the worktreePathTemplate configuration-change notification as TC-040
- Translate the src/config.ts shards, src/extension.ts and the new src/worktreePath.ts perspectives into English - Add the PR #114 follow-up cases for the worktreePathTemplate getter, its configuration change and the worktree path rules - Regenerate the root INDEX for these sources

Background
#126 changes 115 files, so CodeRabbit and Devin skip it and the Codex review does not finish. This PR carries the first part of #126 (about 12 files) so it can be reviewed on its own; the remaining parts follow as PRs stacked on this one, and #126 will be closed at the end.
