Summary

Adds native usage telemetry, token metric tracking, and live quota polling for the Google Antigravity (agy) CLI agent into the Omarchy Agents desktop panel.

What's Changed

• Transcript & History Token Scanner (bin/omarchy-agent-usage-agy): Recursively parses session databases and transcripts under ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/brain and ~/.gemini/antigravity/brain, normalizing model names (e.g. Gemini 3.7 Flash) and calculating prompt counts, active days, and token volumes.
• Keyring Credential Extraction: Reads OAuth credentials securely from GNOME Keyring (Default_keyring.keyring).
• Dynamic Project & Tier Discovery: Queries loadCodeAssist to discover active user tiers (Google AI Pro).
• 5-Hour & Weekly Quota Telemetry: Queries retrieveUserQuotaSummary to track both rolling 5-hour session limits and 7-day weekly limits with real-time countdown timers.
• SVG Icon Asset (shell/plugins/agents/assets/agy.svg): Custom Antigravity icon for the top bar.
• Automated Tests (test/shell.d/agent-usage-agy-scanner-test.sh): Comprehensive 11-step unit test suite asserting data fidelity and quota caching.

Testing

• Ran ./test/cli (passes 100%)
• Ran bash test/shell.d/agent-usage-agy-scanner-test.sh (all 11 tests pass)
• Verified live in the running desktop top bar with real session data
