Records the separately authorized Forge 2.7.25 Mission-3 acceptance preflight without rewriting PR #148. The preflight stops before T0 because the surveyed real functional outcomes do not fit the only supported repository_json evidence source without semantic weakening, and the installed distribution has no delivered autonomous Mission service/controller entry. The authenticated Forge-to-EP read-only preflight passed. No reset, Mission allocation, governance/intake, planner/provider invocation, Action, submission, run, service change, credential change, or EP mutation occurred.
Validation: bash scripts/validate.sh — 824 tests passed, 1 existing opt-in exact-artifact test skipped. git diff --check passed. Lane registration: #141 issue comment 5730383616.
