Feedback
The default screen when opening the feedback module the first time is the "by indicator" one. This feedback displays each indicator as collapsable sections and inside of each one you'll finde the 7 dimensions with their respective scores (Availability, Completeness, Timeliness, Integrity, Confidentiality, Precision and Accuracy).
As you can see in the screenshots, there are two indicators: Health area 2 - indicator 1 and Health area 2 - indicator 2. Each one displays the information in the Data verification stages. So every time you complete a Data verification stage, a new section will be added in the feedback.
Each dimension has a feedback text attached and you can open it by tapping on the name of the dimension or clicking the arrow next to the score. If the text is too long tap again on the error in the feedback text box. Collapse the text by tapping on the arrows one more time.
If a dimension doesn't have a score, the row will not be shown in the section. Check the following example when one of the indicators does not have all the dimensions.
Open the technical area view by clicking on the name at the top bar. This screen contains the same information as the previous one but instead of having the indicators as section, it uses the dimensions. Inside of each one, the feedback text will be displayed followed by the RDQA indicator's name and the score. Collapse or expand the feedback text the same way as explained in the previous section.
As mentioned on the by indicator section, the indicator row will not be shown if there isn't a score for a dimension.
Both sections allow to display only failed questions. To activate it just mark the checkbox a the top right corner. Scores with yellow and red labels are considered as fail.
Share the scores by clicking the sharing icon at the bottom right corner. The app will send a message including the date of the assessment and the Feedback Webapp URL to see the complete feedback.
