docs(i18n): sync Korean README with current content

The Korean README had fallen behind the English README, so Korean readers were missing current download options, supported agents, community information, and build-signing details. This PR restores that information without rewriting existing translated content.

What Changed

• Added the headless Linux orca serve guide link.
• Updated Android APK references from 0.0.37 to 0.0.42 and added TestFlight.
• Added the missing MiMo Code and Devin entries to the supported-agent list.
• Added the WeChat community entry and QR image.
• Added the star-history image and Signed Builds / SignPath notice.
• Changed only docs/readme/README.ko.md.

Why

This restores information parity with the current English README while preserving the existing Korean wording, product names, commands, URLs, versions, and relative paths.

Testing

• I manually compared the English and Korean README inventories locally.
• Automated tests are not warranted for a focused documentation sync.

Verification results:

• git diff --check: passed.
• HTML structure: balanced table, tr, td, picture, p, a, and kbd tags.
• Local references: all 23 relative href/src targets exist.
• Supported-agent inventory: 29 English and 29 Korean entries; no missing or extra entries.
• Heading inventory: 20 English and 20 Korean headings.
• Changed external destinations returned HTTP 200: TestFlight, APK 0.0.42, MiMo Code, Devin, SignPath.io, and SignPath Foundation.

Full pnpm lint/typecheck/test/build was not run because this changes one Markdown file only; CI remains authoritative.

Overlap review:

• fix(i18n): localize remaining Korean UI strings outside auto catalog #14044 and feat(i18n): localize Artifacts feature strings to Korean #13810 modify only src/renderer/src/i18n/locales/ko.json, so they do not overlap.
• feat(agents): add ZCode as a first-class supported agent #13965 proposes one future ZCode line in this README. This PR does not add or modify that line, keeping the patches independently mergeable.
