Main doesn't typecheck right now. Two fixes for the same test file landed separately (#22682 and #25709), and each added the same import line, so codexProviderHandle is imported twice. That stops CI's "static analysis and typecheck" job on main and on every PR that merges main.

What Changed

Deleted the second, duplicate import { codexProviderHandle } ... line in src/main/native-chat/agent-session-journal/journal-submission-positions.test.ts. There is no change for users and no behavior change.

Why

It's the smallest fix: both fixes intended the same single import.
