feat(eve): add guided Photon setup

Summary

Adds channel/photon to the eve registry and a guided eve integration setup imessage flow for Photon-powered iMessage. The setup can create a managed Photon project or use existing credentials, register a phone number, and scaffold either a Connect-backed Vercel integration or portable environment-based configuration.

For native Photon provisioning, it creates the connector, removes any implicit project link, and attaches the production deployment with /eve/v1/photon as the trigger destination. Generated channel code uses photonChannel() with connectPhotonCredentials() for Vercel deployments and environment credentials for portable hosts.

The PR also updates registry search and documentation, validates the Photon registry entry, and covers connector provisioning, project setup, and interactive setup paths.
