--arm maps to human_bimanual / human_left_arm / human_right_arm (the MECKA_*
enum members were removed in July). create_and_write gets the required
intrinsics= (MECKA_INTRINSICS; the dead per-episode intrinsics.json download
is removed) and task_name (--task-name, default "" as in eva_to_zarr) and
task_description (--task-description), plus provenance (converter name and
source_uri = the local data dir, or the query-stripped video URL when
downloading). The zarr write is a module function, write_episode_zarr, which
clips annotation spans to the episode and drops blank-label rows; head poses
are cut to the synced frame count like every other stream. Tested end to end
from the extractor's own output (with an undetected hand, whose all-zero pose
rows egoverse validate skips as missing frames) against egoverse validate; the
preview MP4 is optional (--no-mp4).
