Eleven path updates: ten literal source/test file blobs verified unchanged against individual merge-bases, plus deliberate CI workflow integration instead of #182's historical limited-branch trigger. Synthetic-merge checkout and all stacked branch PR triggers. This is a draft integration candidate, NOT field-qualified, NOT ARSAS repin or release. No main modification.
#170 source and regression-test blobs are copied verbatim after confirming their original merge-base blobs match the engine #190 integration tree. Include main infrastructure PR #191 as explicit parent and use its identical checked workflow blob; avoid future conflicts. No ARSAS repin, no main engine source merge, no field qualification. This candidate needs fresh Windows synthetic-merge CI.

…onto current staging Preserve the staging SmartDiscovery negotiated-window, RCB and control implementations. Copy #155 pure planner/test exact blobs and add ONLY an opt-in ProbeSmartAsync(session, discovery, options) overload plus two bounded configuration settings. Existing directory overload and default paths remain intact; no extra scans, polling, or control writes. CI qualification pending.
