@MrAlders0n / Claude: September 30 follow-up at The annotated cleanup is now in the release candidate. The Pi preview excludes Atlas; its existing PR is reserved for the post-release phase. Windows build/lint/full tests and published-head checks pass (upstream web CodeQL is skipped). The combined native Pi web build/lint passes all 955 tests at Please re-review the current head when convenient. No upstream merge or tag was performed. |

Prepare web 1.3.2 with the requested UI cleanup: a persistent observer sidebar, accessible status icon, compact monitoring header, collapsed Mesh scope list, and removal of the marked explanation blocks. Retry missing map boundaries and apply updated geometry. Load the packet-path canvas on demand, keeping its dialog controls available; the controlled gzip initial payload falls from 448 KB to 172 KB. The Pi border configuration is documented in beacon-docs #5. Desktop navigation starts with Observers. My Atlas is excluded and remains post-release #97.
