Reading and exporting history can misidentify senders, select ambiguous contacts, truncate text and overwrite same-named attachments. Windows snapshots can omit committed WAL updates and accept corrupted encrypted pages. This integrates the contributor fixes into one tested branch, preserving all original commits and author attribution.
Validation on macOS / Python 3.14: full suite 208 passed, 1 skipped (Windows-only native Frida test); compilation, shell syntax, documentation links and six-tool MCP registration passed. No tests were excluded. Every original PR head is an ancestor of this branch.
The GitHub Actions matrix passed all four macOS/Windows × Python 3.10/3.13 jobs: PR run 38470902462 and push run 38470854378. GitGuardian passed as well. Live account-wide WeChat extraction/decryption remains outside the synthetic regression coverage.
Merged as

The post-merge main CI also passed. The contributor PRs received acknowledgements and validation details; issue #6 received the scoped follow-up and remains open.
